Goodbye 2018, Hello 2019 | Williams Lake Photographer

I love setting goals so starting a new year for me is very exciting!  It is all about starting fresh.  Nothing makes me happier than starting a new day planner, a new notebook for all my crazy ideas & a new hard drive.

Starting a new year also makes me reflect on the year passed.  Did I set out to accomplish everything I wanted to?  Where did I shine?  Where did I drop the ball?  What could I do better as a photographer, artist, wife & mother?

2018 was kind of a weird year for me.  It was my first full year in my new community.  I stepped away from client work and focused more on learning new techniques, shooting for print competitions and helping my kids adjust with our new lifestyle.   While my bank account may have suffered what I learned this past year was priceless.  Plus more time with my kids is always a plus in my book.
