Winter

We are barely into Spring and Winter feels like it is still desperately hanging on.  A desperation similar to when a mother tries to pry a toy from the clutches of a tired child at nap time.

I have lived in this area my entire life and our rainy, dark winters are nothing new to me but this year, ugh – let’s just say that I am ready, I mean really ready for some warmer, sunnier days.

Time to put the toy away Winter, it is well past your nap time!
